Wind farm Fryslân is currently under construction in the IJsselmeer, about 6 kilometers off the Frisian IJsselmeer coast, near the Afsluitdijk. The wind farm comprises 89 wind turbines with a total capacity of 382.7 MW and will supply approximately 1,500 GWh of sustainable electricity to approximately 500,000 households every year from 2021 onwards. Primaned takes care of risk management and overall planning.
